• Survey hospital employees to assist in the design of efficient workplaces.
• Conduct focus groups to provide an opportunity for your community to participate in the planning and design of the new hospital.
• Confirm the appropriate hospital bed complement and outpatient services based on the results of our evaluations and analysis.
• Prepare a site plan, showing the proposed hospital, parking areas, and pedestrian and vehicular traffic.

• Prepare a development plan, including a design and construction schedule.
